Log in to your online account and click on ‘create a new beneficiary’ and follow the steps to add your beneficiary account. These details will come through to us to verify.
Please note that we cannot pay to third parties – the account must be held in the same name as the HaircutStar account.
If you are unsure on any of your bank details please check them with your bank.
You can log into your online account and transfer your balance(s) into a beneficiary account denominated in a major currency at any time of the day. Please make sure you have added details of the beneficiary account on WFO before you make a transfer. You can see how to enter these details in the answer to the question “How do I enter my bank details for my home account? ” below.

Yes, You can use HaircutStar anywhere in world!
If you were expecting an email from HaircutStar but you don’t see it in your inbox, try the following solutions:
- Make sure your email address is spelled correctly in your Profile settings.
- Check your junk/spam folders. If you find the email there, mark it as “not spam” and save HaircutStar’s email address to your contacts to prevent it from happening in the future.
- Check your mail filters. Most email services provide filtering options to help you sort and manage your inbox. Check to see if a filter might have redirected the email elsewhere in your inbox.
- Check for third party filtering. If you use a company, corporate, or business email address, there may be other services in use that are blocking the message. Your company’s IT department or mail provider can confirm this and might need to whitelist

to prevent it from happening in the future. - Resend email verification confirmation. If you’re waiting on a confirmation email to verify your email address, go to your Profile settings, confirm the email address is entered correctly, and click Resend verification email.

- You can also embed a booking widget or button on your existing website, or add a booking button to your email so clients can easily request appointments based on your availability.

Your Booking Site URL
Share the URL provided in the Online Booking tab of your Appointments dashboard or invite your clients via email and social media to give them immediate access to your booking site. If you’re managing multiple locations, each location will have a unique booking URL and set up page that can be viewed by switching locations from the Online Booking tab.

The business information reflected in your online booking site can be edited from the Locations section of your can be edited from your dashboard.

Although you’re not able to customize your online booking site URL with HaircutStar Appointments, several third parties offer this service. Here are a few popular companies to help you get started:
Create a Booking Button and Booking Website Embed
Add a booking button to your website or your email signature. The button will open booking widget on your site, and clients can book directly without leaving it.
- Log in to your HaircutStar Appointments dashboard
- If managing multiple locations, select a location from the list.
- Click Add Widget
- Customize your button and copy css class and add to existing button
- To add the button to your website: Copy the javascript code to your website before body tag is closed.
- Add ‘hs-booking-button’ class to each button you want to trigger booking widget
- Within your Content Management System (CMS), you’ll be able to paste this block of code, preview, and publish.
The booking widget button automatically will appear on the left side(or the side you picked) of your website.
Steps for embedding the widget in your website will vary depending on your Content Management System (CMS), so we recommend visiting your provider’s Support Center for detailed instructions. Below you’ll find resources on how to embed a widget, or HTML code block, with some commonly used CMS tools:
Advanced Options
- Set On Page Button Class Name instead of using ‘hs-booking-button’ , this way you can use your own css class.
- To add your own logo click Edit listings > Add Logo, and add logo. Logo maximum height should be 50px
Edits made to your location will automatically updates everywhere where your widget is embedded. Customizations of widget itself will not be changed on each page.
